Rajamannan: Dr. Nalini Rajamannan serves as an Associate Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. Dr. Rajamannan possesses over a decade of experience as a cardiologist and academic. She also holds extensive postgraduate training. Dr. Rajamannan attended the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in 1985. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine at Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota. In 1989, Dr. Rajamannan began an internal medicine residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. Subsequently, she undertook a series of cardiology and research fellowships at the Mayo Clinic and through the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Rajamannan completed her postgraduate work in 2000, following a Level III echocardiography fellowship. She holds licensures in both cardiology and internal medicine. Upon completion of her studies, Dr. Rajamannan enrolled in a six-year tour of duty with the Lakeside Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, as the Director of the Echocardiography Lab.
